Dear Wasapi, I want to thank you so much for your service. It makes such a difference to me to have a good functioning battery in my laptop. A lot of the work that we do is in places with poor electricity supplies in Africa and some places in India. We take all our teaching resources on the laptop, as carrying paper is prohibitively heavy. So we rely on being able to reference our notes when teaching. Thank you again, Nigel Hamilton
